  • Review production entitlement, crude movement, hydrocarbon accounting, operator claims, tariffs, billing and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare audit findings, quantify potential financial exposure and communicate commercially relevant observations to stakeholders.
  • Support stronger governance, contract compliance and revenue protection across high-value upstream operations.

  • Identified USD 570M+ in potential financial exposure through upstream oil and gas JV audits.
  • Audited 110M+ barrels of crude oil and uncovered 4.89M barrels of stock discrepancies.
  • Identified USD 28.2M in undercharged crude oil transportation and loading tariffs.
